The hospitality services are the flagship of
the University's catering operation. Ranging from
the delivery of teas and coffees for meetings
and other events through to five course meals
for 250 guests, every event is sure to be a cullinary
success. Master-minded by head chef Ian Fulton,
menus are themed from the traditional, the ethnic
through to the contemporary. All requirements
can be catered for and menus can be individually
planned for each client. The main university hospitality
suite offers excellent conferencing facilities
with rooms that can be easily changed to suit
most conference needs.

produce and served to the highest standard. We
are always happy to discuss alternatives to any
of the menu's specified and special quotations
can be provided for menu's not included in this
brochure.
